CHILD & ADOLESCENT COACHING

COACHING FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS

Office

Coaching is a powerful way to enhance the learning, growth and wellbeing of children and young people. That’s why many schools are embracing a coaching culture and investing in coaching initiatives. These include hiring in-house coaches and developing the coaching skills of management, staff and pupil leaders.

Coaching is also becoming a popular choice for families and organizations that work with children and young people.

Unlike counseling, coaching is: cost-effective, non-judgmental, easy to access, focused on solutions and limited in time.

If you want to become a coach who can work with children and adolescents, you need to have the right training and qualifications. That’s why Noble Manhattan Coaching has teamed up with the School Wellbeing Alliance to offer a range of innovative courses that are accredited by The International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring (IAPC&M).

These courses are designed by some of the best coaches who have experience working in schools and the education sector. They will help you improve the performance, mental health and wellbeing of children and young people.

By training in this area, you will open up a new and exciting market with many opportunities inside and outside schools.

You will also gain the trust and confidence of schools and parents, who will know that you have the skills and credentials to work in this sector safely, competently and effectively.

Noble Manhattan Coaching offers 3 different levels of training for child and adolescent coaching.
The top level, Diploma, also includes training to coach adults, which will broaden your career prospects.
